In the Shop

It seems I spend half my life out here in my woodworking shop running my little one-man enterprise. With seven decades complete, however, I tend to take more frequent, longer duration breaks so thought I should have something to do while resting from doing very little - - Voila! this blog is born.

So, welcome to my shop and to some of the musings that move me through my days.

  • The lid to Jessica’s box as it was at the start of the day. The flowers that fit in the flower-shaped cutouts are bloodwood; the remainder of the openings will be filled with colored fiberglass resin.
